Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Character and Integrity are an absolute must.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate team members
- Maintain knowledge of office phone systems and troubleshoot any technical issues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in personal assistant or office management roles is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion We offer competitive pay based on experience.
