Overview We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and professional Part-Time Office Runner and Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Duties Run various errands to banks, courthouses, and other business locations Deliver and pick up documents Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and relay messages as appropriate Scan, copy, file, and organize documents as needed Assist with general office duties as needed Provide friendly and courteous service to clients, customers, and team members Qualifications Positive attitude with a polished, professional appearance Courteous, dependable, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Personal, reliable transportation is required Basic computer and office equipment skills preferred
