Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Technician/ Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess the necessary skills to provide excellent care for our furry guests.
Duties:
  • Provide daily care and attention to animals in the kennel facility
  • Feed, water, and groom animals according to their specific needs
  • Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, and equipment
  • Monitor animal behavior and health, reporting any concerns to the supervisor
  • Assist with administering medications
  • Exercise and socialize animals to ensure their well-being
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and basic training of animals
Experience:
  • Previous experience in dog handling, animal care, or pet grooming preferred
  • Knowledge of animal restraint techniques and safe handling practices
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
  • Experience working in a kennel or veterinary setting is a plus
  • Familiarity with pet sitting or veterinary assistant duties is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work closely with animals in a rewarding environment.
