Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, owners, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help streamline daily operations, manage communications efficiently, and support office management tasks. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems with confidence, directing calls accurately and courteously while practicing excellent phone etiquette. Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries, with precision and timeliness. Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications. Support data entry tasks such as updating client records, appointment scheduling, and maintaining databases with accuracy. Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently. Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting general office management activities. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers. Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional environment. Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and ensure smooth daily operations. Support additional administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and assisting with special projects as assigned. Skills Bilingual abilities are highly necessary Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling multi-line phone systems confidently. Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and calendar management is essential. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
Base Pay:
$11.00 - $14.00 per hour
