The Secretary/Receptionist will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and commit to a student-centered approach to customer service. Responsibilities include, greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and answering questions about the financial aid process. A minimum of two (2) years of current related work experience is required, including at least one (1) year of full-time customer service or clerical experience in an office environment. Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide courteous, professional assistance to students, employees, and the public. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel are required. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Demonstrated dependability, professionalism, and commitment to providing quality customer service is also required. Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
