As a Spa Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact and the welcoming face of our spa — setting the tone for every guest's visit from the moment they walk in. We're looking for a polished, communication-savvy, service-driven individual who takes pride in creating a warm, home-like experience and building the kind of connections that bring guests back again and again. No spa experience? No problem — we're happy to train the right person. What matters most is genuine customer service instinct and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist guests throughout their visit Answer phones and schedule appointments accurately, matching guests to the right services and providers Check guests in and out, handling all transactions correctly Recommend retail products that fit each guest's needs (retail commission included — see below) Keep the reception, retail, and spa areas immaculate and guest-ready Respond to guest questions and requests promptly and accurately Support the wider team wherever needed — we all pitch in Bring strong attention to detail to everything you do What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills — this is non-negotiable Comfort multitasking in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment A polished, professional presence Reliability and follow-through Prior front desk, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required Comfort with light retail sales/recommendations Schedule Availability required for evenings, Saturdays, and some flexible weekday shifts.
