Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and attention to detail will help create a smooth-running front office environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous and clear communication, directing calls efficiently Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing paperwork, and supporting office management tasks Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software as needed Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Support administrative functions including typing reports, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining office organization Qualifications Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly Experience in customer service or customer support roles demonstrating professionalism and patience Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Knowledge of office management procedures including filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management Join us in delivering exceptional service while supporting our team's success! Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 36.0 per week
