Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Operational Support professional to be the welcoming face of our organization and ensure smooth daily operations. In this vital role, you will manage front desk activities, assist with administrative tasks, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and organizational prowess will help create a professional and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, and direct calls accurately using phone etiquette. Manage front desk operations including handling incoming inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies. Assist with calendar management for executives or team members, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting client communication efforts. Maintain organized records through filing systems, document processing, and ensuring all administrative paperwork is accurate and up-to-date. Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed. Qualifications Prior office experience or administrative support background is preferred; familiarity with clerical tasks such as typing, proofreading, and filing is essential. Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word processing, spreadsheets) and basic computer skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties demonstrating professionalism and good phone etiquette. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong client communication abilities. Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while supporting daily operations. Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus; familiarity with calendar management is beneficial. Pay:
