Job Description

Fusion Paint & Coatings Co. is looking for a highly organized, positive, customer-focused Front Desk Operations Coordinator to help run the daily front operations of our store. This person will be the first voice customers hear on the phone and the first face they see when they walk in. We need someone who can make people feel taken care of, keep the store organized, process orders accurately, and help the team stay on track. We are growing fast in the coatings, abrasives, and paint supply industry, and we are building an operation that runs with discipline, speed, and excellent customer service. Fusion's core business is distribution and sales of coatings, abrasives, and related products. What You'll Do You will help manage the front of the store and keep daily operations moving smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers warmly and make sure they are helped quickly. Answer phone calls with a positive, professional attitude. Process customer orders accurately through our system. Help customers find products or connect them with the right team member. Keep the front desk, showroom, order area, and paperwork extremely organized. Communicate clearly with mixers, warehouse, drivers, sales reps, and managers. Track order details, customer requests, pickups, deliveries, and follow-ups. Help maintain a clean, professional, welcoming store environment. Support the team with scheduling, notes, customer updates, and basic admin tasks. Make sure customers do not get ignored, lost, or left waiting. Who We're Looking For We want someone who is genuinely happy to help people.

Calm when things get busy. Reliable, punctual, and consistent. Able to follow processes and keep accurate notes. Good at juggling multiple tasks without getting scattered. A strong communicator with both customers and coworkers. Someone who takes pride in making the store run better. This Is a Great Fit If You Like helping people and making their day easier. Experience Preferred but not required:
Customer service experience. Front desk, receptionist, office assistant, or administrative experience. Retail, paint, coatings, construction supply, or warehouse experience. Experience using POS, inventory, CRM, or order-entry systems. We are willing to train the right person if they have the right attitude, organization, and work ethic. Schedule Full-time preferred.
Typical store hours:
8 to 4
Location:
Park City, UT Pay $17 to 22 per hour , depending on experience. Your pay will raise considerably as you gain experience Why Work With Fusion? Fusion is not a sleepy paint store.
