Job Description
We are seeking a part-time receptionist lead for our Performance clinic! The hours are 7:45am-1:45pm Monday through Thursday and 7:45am-12:00pm on Friday. Duties include, but are not limited to: Work with other employees in a team environment Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a positive, professional manner Check-in patients Check-out patients and schedule follow-up appointments Provide all the proper paperwork for our patients Answer phone calls promptly Schedule appointments Inform patients of insurance coverage Collect patient payments Scan information into patient chart daily Ensure that the patient waiting room and treatment areas are cleaned and organized throughout the day Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information Balance petty cash and cash ledger and prepare envelope for billing deposit Assist as required to ensure proper authorizations are in place Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager We are very interested in employees that have high attention to detail.
