Job Description
Our law firm is looking for a morning receptionist (9:00am-1:00pm). Must have a fun, outgoing personality. Very organized. Gets along well with others. Take direction well. Attention to detail. Prior receptionist experience is helpful, but not needed. Duties include, but not limited to: Greet clients, answer phones, take payments, set up new files, close old files, organize and order supplies, take mail to the post office and deposits to the bank, help staff with workload.
