08/21/2026 Position Announcement Assist with the coordination of accommodations for students registered with Accessibility and Disability Resource Center. College level reading and communication skills. Basic word processing skills. Ability to work independently and have a friendly, out-going personality. Scheduled shifts would be during our operating business hours and based on staffing need. Preferred Tuesday and Thursday availability Responsibilities Provide front-desk and general administrative support Assist current and prospective students, parents, visitors, employees, and callers in a professional manner Manage office correspondence, email, calendars, appointments, and scheduling Assist with receiving, creating new application files, scanning, copying, and maintaining confidential student records Assist in sending student-approved accommodations Provide support for ADC programs, events, and special projects Assist in proctoring tests and exams Maintain a welcoming office environment Follow institutional policies and procedures, including confidentiality and privacy requirements Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic secretarial skills including word processing, record keeping and filing. College level reading and communication skills. Ability to work independently Have a friendly out-going personality. Preferred Tuesday and Thursday availability Supplemental Information
POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
: Part-time hourly staff (overtime-eligible) position working 10 hours/week. Hourly rate of $13.00-15.00/hour DOE. Desired start date as soon as possible and will be determined when position is offered.
