About $30,000 ($28,000 base + $4,800 in potential bonuses)

Scheduling various appointments Process customer payments Verify and communicate insurance eligibility and referrals Interact with customers and insurance companies through various communication channels Accurately order contact lenses, research overdue orders, ensure timely delivery of products, and work to convert quotes to sales Receive, sort, and process contact lens deliveries for patients Support other team members with contact lens-related questions and concerns Other tasks as assigned by a supervisor on a daily basis
