Job Description
Part-Time Veterinary Front Desk / Receptionist We are looking for a warm, dependable, and professional receptionist to join our veterinary team part-time. If you enjoy helping animals and their people, communicate well, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you. Schedule This is a permanent part-time position working 3 fixed days per week. Because we work as a close-knit team, the ideal candidate must also be willing and able to provide occasional coverage when coworkers are on vacation or otherwise need time off. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their cats in a friendly, professional manner. Answer phone calls, manage emails, and schedule appointments accurately. Assist with client check-ins and check-outs and handle basic financial transactions. Maintain accurate client and patient information in our digital records. Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, technicians, and other team members.
