Twin Farms is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment in accordance with all applicable laws Job Description Twin Farms is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to support our Forbes Five-Star spa experience. The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for spa guests, coordinating appointments and ensuring each visit feels seamless, personal, and thoughtfully prepared. Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth, discretion, and professionalism. Schedule and confirm spa treatments and wellness experiences. Coordinate appointments with therapists, estheticians, and other departments. Respond to guest questions and communicate treatment information clearly. Maintain accurate guest profiles, schedules, and service notes. Process charges and assist with spa retail purchases. Anticipate guest preferences and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members. Support the presentation and organization of the reception and retail areas. Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and other daily spa operations. Follow Forbes Five-Star service standards and protect guest confidentiality. Qualifications Previous luxury hospitality, spa reception, reservations, or guest-service experience preferred. Warm, polished, and confident communication skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple appointments and changing priorities. Professional, discreet, dependable, and calm under pressure. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
