Job Description
Receptionist / Service BDC Representative Speck Dealerships Join a team where exceptional customer service drives everything we do. Speck Hyundai s is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Service BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and keeping a fast-paced dealership running smoothly. You'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience by answering phones, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, maintaining records, and supporting multiple departments throughout the dealership. What You'll Do Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule and confirm service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work. Respond promptly to customer emails and online inquiries. Contact existing and previous customers regarding service reminders, maintenance specials, and promotional offers. Build positive relationships with customers through proactive follow-up and exceptional communication. Ensure customers receive rewards program benefits and maintain accurate customer information across dealership systems. Create and organize vehicle deal files and maintain dealership records. Notify customers when license plates arrive. Distribute incoming mail, files, and deliveries throughout the dealership. Assist with filing and administrative support for both the Sales and Service departments. Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information with professionalism. Support dealership operations with additional administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and professional appearance. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, administrative, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
