Full-Time | Reber Ranch Professional Grooming Salon | Kent, WA Reber Ranch Professional Grooming Salon is seeking a Receptionist / Pet Bather to join our busy, full-service grooming salon in Kent, WA! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer service and hands-on pet care. The role includes scheduled reception shifts focused on client communication and salon operations, as well as pet bather shifts focused on providing high-quality care for our grooming clients. What You'll DoReception Responsibilities Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily grooming calendar Check pets in and out while ensuring accurate information and a smooth client experience Process payments and assist customers with questions about grooming services Communicate clearly with clients and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Pet Bather Responsibilities Provide high-quality bathing, drying, and basic grooming services for dogs Safely and compassionately handle pets while recognizing behavior and stress signals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bathing environment Follow salon procedures to ensure every pet receives excellent care Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail What We're Looking For Receptionists are often the first impression our clients have of Reber Ranch, whether on the phone or in person.
