Job Description
Overview We are a holistic chiropractic office seeking an outgoing front desk receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management functions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone who enters the office. Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage phone systems, control office flow, and optimize scheduling Handle all front desk responsibilities including patient check-in, taking patient payments professionally, and scanning documents Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and accurate record-keeping Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity Skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer support interactions Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy in filing, proofreading, and record-keeping Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Ability to multitask/manage time efficiently in a busy office Compensation is based upon prior relevant experience.
