  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong organizational skill set and be proficient in various administrative tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. We are a fifty plus year private practice with two office locations one in downtown Spokane and a second in Spokane Valley. You would rotate through both offices as needs are determined each week to cover front desk duties.
  • Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Schedule appointments and work with our providers' schedules and on-call schedules
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in clerical or office support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • We use eClinicalworks and would have on-site training for this software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in project coordination or office management preferred
  • Familiarity with medical office is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional setting where you can enhance your administrative skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
