- We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments and work with our providers' schedules and on-call schedules
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in clerical or office support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- We use eClinicalworks and would have on-site training for this software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in project coordination or office management preferred
- Familiarity with medical office is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional setting where you can enhance your administrative skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
