This role supports the day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative, clerical, and facilities coordination support that enables attorneys and staff to remain focused on serving clients effectively. The Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, ensuring reliable front office coverage, supporting internal collaboration, and contributing to an organized, responsive, and client-centered workplace environment. Key Outcomes Deliver an exceptional client and visitor experience Maintain efficient and reliable front office operations Support accurate and timely administrative processes Maintain a professional, organized, and functional office environment Contribute to team collaboration, innovation, and workplace engagement Skills Minimum 3 years of front desk reception experience in a professional office environment; experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience operating multi-line phone systems. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused, professional demeanor. Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to proactively solve problems. Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through and organizational skills. Energetic, motivated, and poised under pressure. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and ability to work regular business hours (8 AM-5 PM). Professional appearance and attire appropriate for a client-facing role.
