Job Description
Front Desk Chiropractic Receptionist We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly part time front desk receptionist to join our small but busy chiropractic and natural health office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is able to multitask effectively, and has strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable using computer software. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and check/return voicemails Use Eclipse software for daily office tasks Check patients in and out Schedule patient appointments Process patient payments File patient folders Make copies of frequently used office forms Check and respond to emails Keep the front office/waiting room clean and organized as needed Assist the doctor with note-taking as needed Print end-of-day reports and verify recorded payments match actual payments Prepare and drop the daily bank deposit in the night deposit box Provide additional coverage when other staff members are on vacation or out sick
