Front Desk Receptionist At Lowney?s Landscape Center, every great project starts with a great first impression. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our customers and the hub of daily communication. From answering calls to welcoming visitors, you play a key role in creating a professional, organized, and friendly experience for everyone who connects with our team. Position Summary The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming communications, and supporting basic administrative functions. This role is highly customer-facing and requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Greet customers, vendors, and visitors and ensure a welcoming front office experience Manage incoming emails and general inquiries, routing messages to the appropriate team members Assist customers with basic questions and service inquiries Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area Perform data entry and light administrative support as needed Assist with document preparation and basic office tasks Support team communication during busy seasons, Qualifications Previous receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Dependable and team-oriented What Success Looks Like Every caller and visitor feels welcomed and taken care of Phones are answered promptly and routed accurately The front office remains organized, clean, and efficient Communication flows smoothly between customers and internal teams Maintains a positive, can-do attitude during peak seasons Why Join Lowney?s Landscape Center?
