Fish Window Cleaning® is the largest window cleaning company in the world allowing for its franchisees to operate and maintain a family-oriented culture while maintaining the support of the Fish Window Cleaning® Brand. Job Responsibilities Answer and address any inbound/outbound customer service calls including QA Follow up with any customer concerns Data entry Scheduling Additional duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Customer Service Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to multi-task at times of increased call volume Willingness to learn and grow within the Fish Window Cleaning® Family.
