00 per hour based on experience Job description: Rynders, Inc is looking to fill a Front Desk Associate/Office Assistant position. The job requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and completing a variety of tasks throughout the day. Familiarity with aggregate materials, excavation services, and the trucking industry preferred but not required. The ideal person for this role is detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and experienced in customer service. If you have a strong work ethic, a cheerful customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to assist where needed, we would love to hear from you. This entry level position is temporary/seasonal with the potential for a successful candidate to advance into a full-time, year-round position. Role Overview:

• Customer Service
• Primary Phone Receptionist
• Process Customer Orders/Requests
• Administrative support for Company projects
• Data Entry and Office Assistance

• File Management Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong organizational skills & Attention to Detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with a variety of office equipment
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Daily attendance and accountability

Education and Experience Requirement:

• (Required) High School Diploma or Equivalent
