Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM | Wednesdays & every weekend off! Join Our Team! Graf Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid front desk / dental assisting role with main focus on reception. If you love working with people, take pride in keeping things running smoothly, and enjoy variety in your workday, this could be the perfect fit for you. We're a warm, family-oriented practice where patients are treated like neighbors — because many of them are! You'll be the first friendly face our patients see.
What You'll Do Front Desk Duties:
Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify appointment schedules, and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes. Manage patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinate follow-up visits, and handle appointment rescheduling as needed to optimize clinic workflow. Educate patients on post-treatment care, dental terminology, and oral hygiene practices to promote optimal health outcomes. Handle billing, payments, and checkout.
Assisting Duties:

Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
