In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, maintain client confidentiality, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately Maintain organized front desk areas, including filing, data entry, and document management using the appropriate softwares Assist with office management tasks like scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars Support client communication through professional phone etiquette and courteous customer support Handle clerical responsibilities including proofreading documents, maintaining records, and managing correspondence Utilize computer skills for data entry, document creation, and administrative support to enhance overall office productivity Experience Proven office experience or administrative background with familiarity in front desk operations Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and productivity software Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Previous experience in customer service or client support roles that require excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of Eclipse or similar medical scheduling software is a plus but not mandatory Personal assistant or clerical experience that highlights attention to detail and proofreading capabilities Join us as a Front Office Receptionist where your enthusiasm for organization and client interaction will make a meaningful difference every day!
