Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will assist with front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and strong organizational skills will help create a professional and efficient environment for patients and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and patients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the office. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and take messages accurately Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain front desk cleanliness and organize reception area for professionalism Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading Schedule appointments, check patients in and out, collect payments and enter transactions into the office software Skills Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles with excellent phone etiquette Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative best practices Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent time management skills Administrative support experience is a plus Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support clients professionally and courteously Experience/proficiency with standard office equipment- answering machine, copier, scanner, etc. Primary schedule is Monday, through Friday 2-6 PM., other days and times may be needed when coverage for other employee absences is needed.
