Job Summary Operates telephone switchboard and receive incoming calls. Uses overhead paging, two-way radios, and other communications equipment to relay messages and transfer information. Acts as an information source for callers and drop-by visitors. Announces and relays information concerning fire alarms, disasters, code blue, and other emergencies.
Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. No specific diploma/degree required but must have acquired knowledge/skills to use correct grammar and spelling. Computer experience preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
Previous switchboard experience and clerical experience desirable. Excellent customer service skills required. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Minimum License Requirement:
Must be able to travel between campuses. Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
Pay Range:
$24.00 - $24.00
