This role is vital in tracking/tracing equipment, processing equipment related invoices and ensuring operational efficiency across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong data entry abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are highly valued. Duties Process PO's, address and trace equipment invoices/statements as assigned Investigate disputes and credits for assigned invoicing accounts Assist with data entry tasks related to equipment tracking and reporting Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to equipment via phone or email Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers Perform cash handling duties when applicable during equipment transactions or service billing processes Any additional responsibilities to help operationally support the department as needed. Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and record keeping Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant computer applications Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting data trends related to equipment performance or inventory levels Basic cash handling experience for processing transactions related to equipment sales or rentals Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment This Equipment Control Specialist position is integral to maintaining seamless operations within our organization.
