Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to handle a wide range of administrative and accounting duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle contracts, managing dealer trades, handling payoffs, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely .
Key Responsibilities:
Process new and used vehicle contracts promptly, especially at month-end . Pay off trade-in vehicles as soon as funding is received . Process dealer trades and reconcile flooring . Reconcile schedules weekly and monthly to maintain clean records . Cancel and reconcile warranties as needed . Reconcile commissions and bonuses . Process wholesale sales .
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of automotive accounting or automotive experience required . Excellent computer skills and attention to detail . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on tasks . Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor . Reynolds & Reynolds experience is strongly preferred .
