What You'll Do Process vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV documentation Review sales and trade paperwork for accuracy Process title payoffs and obtain required documentation Maintain title records, logs, and temporary tag inventory Work with DMV offices, lenders, and outside vendors Research and resolve title or registration issues Ensure paperwork meets state and dealership requirements Provide additional Business Office administrative support as needed What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Professional communication and customer service skills Automotive title, DMV, or dealership office experience preferred Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency DealerTrack, Arkona, or other dealership software experience is a plus Notary certification is a plus High School Diploma or GED required Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
