The Title Services, Closer I is responsible for ensuring that proper legal title passes to owners. Reviews new sales for eligibility and prepares deeds and other closing documents to convey title to owners. Reviews deeds, probate documents, powers of attorney and other legal documents submitted by owners, and submit system updates to reflect the real property ownership once all necessary documentation is received. In the event of trade or cancellation, prepares and/or reviews conveyance and foreclosure documents necessary to re-convey the timeshare property to the developer. Closely coordinates with title agents regarding recording status or title issues, HOAs and selling sites regarding changes of ownership, and proper execution of deeds, mortgages and other documents needed to convey title. Handles inbound and outbound calls to owners regarding general and specific questions regarding Wyndham procedures and the necessary steps to convey title.
How You'll Shine:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reviews accounts to determine eligibility for preparation of conveyance documents. Creates deeds, mortgages, deeds of re-conveyance and other legal instruments as necessary. (30% time) Reviews executed and/or recorded deeds, deed-backs or other legal instruments. Tracks chain of title and coordination with title agents when additional information is required. (30% time) Updates systems of record and other databases to indicate transfer is complete within Wyndham's records. (20% time) Communicates with owners, site personnel or external business partners as needed. (15% time) Performs other duties as needed. (5% time)

Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate in a fast paced organization while maintaining a professional demeanor Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps to include
Outlook, Word, Excel Job Experience:
2 years office experience 1 year closing or title related experience with an emphasis on understanding the chain of title and conveyance documents 1 year experience in a customer service role Timeshare experience preferred but not required
