We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Biller to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership billing experience , strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately process a high volume of vehicle transactions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and bill new, used, wholesale, dealer trade, and fleet vehicle deals Review deal jackets for accuracy and ensure all required documentation is complete Verify vehicle sales information, gross figures, taxes, fees, trade information, and payoff amounts Post vehicle sales and related accounting entries into the dealership management system Process funded finance and cash transactions Review contracts and supporting documentation for accuracy before billing Handle trade payoffs and follow up on outstanding payoff information Process dealer trades and wholesale transactions Maintain accurate vehicle inventory accounting records Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect paperwork and work with the Sales and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end accounting and ensure deals are billed within required deadlines Maintain organized deal files and accounting records Follow dealership policies and applicable state and federal requirements Perform additional accounting duties as assigned Qualifications Previous automotive dealership billing experience required Experience with CDK or a comparable dealership management system strongly preferred Strong understanding of automotive deal paperwork and dealership accounting procedures Ability to review contracts and identify discrepancies Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Management Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality What We Offer We offer a professional, fast-paced dealership environment with competitive compensation and an opportunity to join a growing automotive organization.
