Job Overview Gene Butman Ford is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Biller/title clerk to join our accounting team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between the Sales and the accounting office, requiring clear communication and attention to detail.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Requirements Experience in automotive title processing or accounting documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal dealership management software. Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage complex paperwork. Ability to work effectively on-site in our Ypsilanti office. Understanding of Michigan Secretary of State regulations and vehicle registration processes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Review and audit deal jackets for required documentation Posting retail deals into DMS Reconcile trade-ins with payoff amounts and ensure all trade paperwork is present. Process all new deals through CVR and complete daily bundles. Process and complete any additional tag and title work needed Perform monthly title audits Monitor and apply rebates and incentives correctly Identify and report common paperwork errors, such as missing signatures or incorrect VINs, to Sales and F&I managers. Maintain dealership policies and strict adherence to the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
