Job Description:

Onsite Role - not remote or hybrid Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.

Skills/Experience:

Knowledge of Recordable Documents Knowledge/Experience with an electronic recording platform Knowledge of state/county recording requirements/guidelines Knowledge about how to prepare/complete state/county forms needed for recording Well organized Ability to multi-task and produce error-free work Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing/growing environment Excellent attention to details Title Company and/or Mortgage experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
