Minimum requirements are a CLEAN MVR and ability to learn and grow in a friendly, hard-working culture. Sales Arborist $65,000 to $100,000/year

DOE Requirements:

ISA Certified Arborist, 5 years minimum experience in urban arboriculture. Proficient in tree identification and appropriate pruning prescriptions. Some background with equipment and applications. Excellent communication skills, tech-savvy and willing to learn. Strong desire to be a teammate—work well with front office and crews. Excellent customer service skills and excellent listening skills. Need to have honesty and integrity as your main character traits—we only sell what people need or want—no high-pressure. Daily self-learning required (Google diseases and inquire w/ PHC manager).

Pay Structure:

$20/hour + $8/estimate completed + 3% of invoiced/paid jobs. Paid bi-weekly.

only. Arbortec Tree Service Employment Benefits 40 hour work week with guaranteed 8 hour pay for $1500+ daily crew production. Overtime typically available, if needed - we believe weekends are for family and fun. Quality equipment, customers and safety culture. You are appreciated! Uniforms (Arborwear) and equipment (PPE and all application tools) supplied by the company. 1% production bonus (paid bi-weekly). Yearly raises for great performance and attitude.
