Job Summary Join our dynamic Tree Service Company as a Labor Hand, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the health, safety, and beauty of urban and rural landscapes. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, supporting skilled arborists and landscape professionals. Your hands-on involvement will include assisting with tree care, pruning, trimming, and landscape maintenance projects. Responsibilities Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate tools such as chainsaws and rigging equipment Load and unload materials and equipment Help with landscape maintenance including lawn care, planting, and general site cleanup Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures during all tree care activities Support the team in plant pruning care and other tasks to promote healthy growth Qualifications Growing experience or background in arboriculture, landscaping, or related fields preferred Basic knowledge of tree care practices such as pruning, trimming, and plant health assessment. Ability to operate equipment like chainsaws, and other landscaping tools safely Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to learn about landscape maintenance, lawn care, and arboriculture best practices Valid driver's license preferred; certification in bucket operation or chainsaw use is a plus Join us to grow your skills while helping beautify communities!
