- New Richmond, WI NWI is seeking an experienced Tree Foreman to lead one of our tree crews.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skill, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety and high-quality work. We are a fast-growing company and need a foreman who can confidently run a crew, communicate clearly, and maintain professional standards on every job. Pay Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Overtime available. Responsibilities Lead a tree crew on residential and commercial pruning and removal jobs Ensure all work meets industry standards and NWI quality expectations Perform technical removals, pruning, rigging, and climbing as needed Operate and oversee use of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other equipment Conduct job-site safety checks and enforce safe work practices Communicate with customers professionally and represent NWI on-site Train and mentor crew members to improve skill and efficiency Complete daily paperwork and job documentation as required Requirements 3+ years of professional tree work experience Strong climbing, rigging, and removal skills Ability to run a crew independently and make safe, efficient decisions Experience operating lifts, chippers, saws, and related equipment Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in all outdoor conditions and lift 50+ lbs About NWI NWI is a fast-growing tree and landscape company with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and professionalism.
