Stillwater Area | Full-Time | Crane + Rope Work | $28-$55/hr We're looking for an experienced Tree Climber to join our growing team at NWI Tree Service & Landscape . This is a skilled role for someone who's confident in the tree and thrives on variety — from crane-assisted removals to precision pruning and technical rigging. We're a younger, locally owned company that takes pride in quality work, solid equipment, and a crew that actually enjoys working together. Most of our jobs involve crane removals with some spur climbing and pruning jobs mixed in.

What You'll Be Doing:

Climbing with or without spurs for removals and pruning Working on crane-assisted jobs (rigging experience is a plus) Assisting on the ground when needed — team effort matters Following daily job plans and adapting to changing field conditions Helping keep the job site clean, safe, and professional

What We're Looking For:

Climbing experience (spurless and spur work) Rigging, pruning, and removal knowledge Comfortable working aloft in all conditions Valid driver's license + clean record Humble, hardworking attitude — no egos here Bonus if you have bucket/lift experience
