Greenhouse Associate We are hiring Greenhouse Associates to join our team in a fast-paced greenhouse production environment. This position is responsible for supporting the planting, growing, harvesting, handling, and preparation of cannabis plants while following safety, quality, and production standards. Responsibilities Prepare greenhouse bays for planting by removing and replacing soil and placing plants into 1-gallon pots. Maintain crops through defoliation, plant establishment, and general plant care. Assist with irrigation control and proper plant handling. Install and maintain trellis systems throughout greenhouse bays. Remove trellis systems as required during the production process. Cut and prepare plants for processing and place product into designated bags. Transport containers and product to the designated weight station. Prepare packages from harvested plants and hang them on carts. Transport carts to designated dry rooms and hang packages according to the required configuration. Follow all required PPE and OSHA safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work efficiently while meeting production and quality expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. 1-2 years of greenhouse experience preferred. Previous experience working with plants, agriculture, cultivation, or production is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive and professional attitude. Reliable attendance and willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week . Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required . Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a greenhouse environment with high humidity, moisture, and varying temperatures . Ability to occasionally lift and move 15-50 pounds . Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Ability to crouch, bend, reach, grasp, and lift products from the floor or above shoulder level. Ability to climb and safely work from a step stool and/or ladder. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to use tools and equipment necessary to complete assigned duties. Ability to maintain proper body positioning and safe lifting techniques. Pay:
