We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our cultivation team in a bucking and defoliation position . This is a hands-on production role focused primarily on removing flower from harvested plants and defoliating plants throughout the cultivation cycle. The ideal candidate works efficiently, pays attention to quality, and is comfortable with repetitive physical work. Responsibilities Buck harvested cannabis by removing flower from stems Operate mechanical bucking equipment as needed Defoliate cannabis plants throughout the cultivation cycle Assist with harvests and general plant cleanup Maintain quality and consistency while working efficiently Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work areas Follow company procedures and safety requirements Assist with other cultivation-related tasks as needed Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Valid Colorado MED Employee License required before beginning work Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Previous cannabis cultivation, harvest, bucking, or processing experience is preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits $20.00/hour UnitedHealthcare health plan options available after 90 days of employment Paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado law Applications will be accepted through Indeed until the position is filled.
