Cannabis - Cultivation Technician Fresh Delaware 1500 First State Blvd, Wilmington, DE 19804 Summary The Cannabis Cultivation Technician reports to the Cultivation Manager and is responsible for the production of plants and all aspects of growing. Essential Job Functions Propagate via seed germination and vegetative cuttings; Produce plants including propagation, potting, transplanting, irrigation, fertilizing/mixing nutrients, and harvesting; Maintain all feeding, watering, pH logs, and cultivation checklist to immediately resolve discrepancies; Scout plants daily for evidence of mold, or pests and taking immediate action to mitigate negative findings using an integrated pest management plan; Document daily cultivation activities and generating daily grow report; Ensure that all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner; Maintain a daily/weekly schedule; Maintain clean cultivation areas and all cultivation equipment; Maintain effective communication with the Cultivation Manager and Cultivation Team; Prepare soil mixes for planting of seed, plugs, rooted cuttings, and seedlings; Understand growing technologies including lights, irrigation, fertilizer, etc.; Climb up and down ladders daily to access all three tiers of plants being cultivated. Advise Cultivation Manager of the need to reorder supplies; and Any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements Preferred Experience:

Nursery/Greenhouse, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping Education:

Background in Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or cannabis cultivation experience Equal Opportunity Employer.
