Irrigation Pump Systems Technician Full-Time | Field Service | Immediate Interviews A growing, family-owned company is seeking an experienced Irrigation Pump Systems Technician to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys working with commercial and agricultural irrigation systems, solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, and delivering exceptional service in the field. We're looking for a dependable technician with strong troubleshooting abilities, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.

Immediate What You'll Do Install, service, and maintain large commercial and agricultural irrigation pump systems Diagnose and repair pump stations, motors, electrical controls, and irrigation equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system testing Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience with irrigation pump system installation and service Strong knowledge of pump stations, motors, VFDs, electrical controls, and irrigation equipment Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial or agricultural irrigation systems Knowledge of PLC programming and VFD controls Electrical troubleshooting and motor control experience Welding or fabrication experience is a plus EPA, electrical, or other trade certifications are beneficial but not required Why Join?
