Location:

Plant City, FL — serving Polk and surrounding counties Goterra Irrigation is hiring dependable, hardworking Installation Technicians to join our growing team. No irrigation experience is necessary—we are willing to train the right person. Previous experience working outdoors, in landscaping, construction, plumbing, or another hands-on trade is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Help install residential and commercial irrigation systems Trench and install PVC pipe, valves, sprinkler heads, drip lines, controllers, and rain sensors Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized Follow installation plans and company quality standards Take clear before-and-after photos Work safely and communicate well with the crew and customers

Requirements:

No irrigation experience necessary Outdoor work experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical labor Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Able to work well as part of a team Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
