Job Description

Full-Time Farm Laborer Wanted Serious Inquires Only! We're Looking to add a dependable, full-time employee to our family row crop farming operation. This is not going to be a seasonal position. We're looking for someone who wants to work long term. Someone who takes pride in their work.
Requirements:
Must know how to drive a Manual Transmission. Have a CDL. Must have prior experience operating farm equipment. Strongly preferred to have an applicators license and experience applying chemicals with Sprayer. Mechanically inclined and able to perform maintenance and repairs is preferred. Self-motivated and able to work without someone constantly looking over your shoulder. Honest, Trustworthy, and Dependable. Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours during planting and harvest. Able to work well with other and take care of equipment as if it's your own. Pay will be based on experience. We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard and wants to be a part of the operations for years to come.
