We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our farm operation. Candidate will play a role in maintaining the farm's operations, ensuring the health and productivity of crops and farm maintenance. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for agriculture. Duties​ Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including forklifts, semi tractors, and tractors, to assist in daily farming activities. Assist with facility maintenance including mowing, shop cleaning, basic building repairs Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment to ensure optimal performance. Engage in welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications of equipment and structures as able. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices Assist in all aspects of hay production Experience Previous experience in farming or agricultural settings is required or 4-H/ FFA experience Skills in operating heavy machinery and performing maintenance tasks are highly desirable. A willingness to learn new skills related to farming practices and equipment operation is essential. Semi driving capability a huge plus ​ Benefits will vary based on full or part time help. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
