About Us Perpetual Brands is a growing cannabis cultivation company with a team of experienced operators who take pride in producing a consistent, high-quality product. We're expanding our team and looking for motivated, hands-on people who want to be part of something they can be proud of — no cannabis experience required. The Role This is a full-time, entry-level, in-person position on our cultivation floor — essentially indoor farming in a controlled environment . Think of it as production work where the crop happens to grow under a roof. You'll be part of a team that tends to plants at every stage of their growth cycle, keeps the facility clean and organized, and ensures everything is documented accurately for regulatory compliance.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00
PM Pay:
$18.50-$19/hour, paid weekly

Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA Overtime:
Available What You'll Be Doing Tending to plants daily — watering, upgrading, pruning, defoliating, inspecting, and maintenance. (similar to greenhouse or nursery work) Supporting harvest operations: cutting, hanging, and sanitizing (similar to production line work) Post-harvest processing: drying, curing, weighing, and trimming. (detail-oriented, methodical tasks) Managing cannabis waste disposal per state regulations Keeping equipment and facility spaces clean and sanitary (a non-negotiable part of the job) Accurately weighing, tracking, and recording materials at each production stage This role involves working in climate-controlled rooms that vary in temperature and lighting depending on plant needs.
