We're looking to add 25-30 seasonal Farm Hands to help us with our Cannabis Harvest starting in late September/early October and ending in early-mid November.

Per Hour Position Summary:

The Seasonal Cultivator position will work as part of a team at our outdoor facility and will report to the Cultivation Manager. This role is responsible for the physical harvest and associated plant transfer, trimming, quality control, and packaging.

Hand-harvest and gather plants Individual leaf-harvesting of plants Follow the instructions of the Cultivation Manager and leads Other farm-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Must be able to work for long hours outdoors, working on your feet and bending over with minimal supervision Candidates should be motivated and hardworking, attendance is critical These roles responsibilities will shift between Farm Hand, Trimmer and Laborer work Must be a team player Must be 21 years or older At Nova Farms we believe that our corporate community should reflect the communities we serve.
