The farm is looking for somebody to help us raise our young-stock and help around the farm with cleaning. Feeding roughly 80 calves on milk and more on grain/hay which requires strong arms and a patient attitude. Very flexible schedule, but variable weekends are required. Shift times start at 6am and then 3pm and they end when the jobs are done. This task includes, but is not limited to: Lifting 5 Gallon full buckets Powerwashing equipment Reporting sick calves Operating equipment to clean pens and bed hutches Feeding the calves milk, water, grain, and hay. Caring for newborns and working around the mothers. Training will be provided, but experience is welcomed. Contact us on here to setup an interview.
