Position Summary(Basic Job Function) This is a temporary position. To perform and assist in routine agricultural labor. Unit Position Summary Move, load and unload supplies, materials, tools, and equipment. Assist with the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of field crops. Assist in erecting fences, gates, sheds, and related ag facilities. Plow and shovel snow, sand, and salt. Assist with the pouring and spreading of concrete, gravel, and other structural and paving materials. Clean barns, sheds, pens, and related agricultural facilities. Operate tractors and trucks with attachments such as plows, discs, drags, drills, and cultivators. Lubricate and assist in the routine maintenance of farm machinery and equipment. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
